MRFS Group and Comelit UK are leading the way in partnership to deliver on latest smart solutions to ensure stylish door entry, security and fire systems tailored to leading property developments across the capital.
Working closely together for the benefit of clients, right from the initial design process, enables MRFS Group and Comelit to deliver specified smart door entry systems, security solutions and fire safety products, without compromising on aesthetics.
Comelit has worked with MRFS Group on a number of prestigious projects, including The Wardian, London. This residential-led development will offer a total of 766 luxury apartments. Described as offering ‘an oasis of nature,’ the East Tower is the 14th highest skyscraper in London at 187m high and will be located to the immediate south of Canary Wharf’s commercial district.
MRFS Group also introduced Comelit to the next stage of the development of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which is set to create the two new East Wick and Sweetwater neighbourhoods and increasing the number of homes to 1,500.
The initial phase, which marks the first of seven construction phases, will see the delivery of four mixed-use buildings, including 302 apartments, townhouses and several associated commercial facilities including retail and leisure amenities.
All new homes will benefit from latest Comelit smart door entry systems, enabling homeowners to respond to door entry requests from any compatible mobile or tablet device and benefit from video memory, to record missed calls.
Speaking of the working relationship, Francesca Boeris, Comelit UK Managing Director said: “Working closely and building relationships with companies such as MRFS Group is vital.
And this is to operate not in a supply chain, but in true partnership right from early design stages through to project completion, as part of our pledge to operate ‘in business together.’
“We have both seen significant business growth, operating through some extraordinary circumstances, to keep key property developments on schedule. And through delivering on tailored customer requirements, whether it be in security or fire safety, we can continue to introduce smart systems to ensure expectations are achieved, without compromising on style or technology capability.”
Ross Wilkins, MRFS Group Managing Director added: “We have been really fortunate over the past couple of years to work on some great projects. With each, every element from the architecture and interior design to the landscaping and security is carefully considered with regards to how it will impact on the aesthetics of the overall development.
“This level of attention to detail and specification, means we need to enable a close working partnership with dedicated partners such as Comelit UK who understand the significance of presenting tailor-made solutions.
“It’s also great that Comelit can deliver on the latest door entry and fire safety as an all-encompassing solution, whilst still providing project management and support at every stage of the development. This way, together as a team, even through a pandemic, we can continue to create quite amazing spaces.”
